I help women feel like themselves again, not the version shaped by burnout, obligation, hormonal change, or years of holding it all together, but the woman beneath the roles. I guide women back to their body, voice, pleasure, vitality, and power so they can stop performing “fine” and begin living fully alive.

IT ALL STARTED HERE...

For those who have a fire in their belly for more

Each one of us holds a unique code and frequency that is given to us from our ancestors, from the divine, from Spirit. It took me time to listen to that voice from within, to truly get out of my own way. I am grateful to the many coaches and mentors who reminded me of who I was and awakened within me the fire and desire to guide women to find their inner voices and purposes as well.

MY JOURNEY

START

My journey started as a first generation Turkish-American, growing up in the 70s and 80s, living the latch-key kid suburban life. Gen-X, iykyk ;) My mom was a pediatrician working in multiple clinics with zero time to herself or for us. Needless to say, emotional intelligence and boundaries were not concepts we learned at home or growing up in the 80s!

MIDDLE

I got married at 21 and had 3 kids within 5 years. Those early years really showed me where I needed to grow in communication and relational skills. It was a marriage rooted in love that later dissolved into divorce after 25 years. I was a stay-at-home mom raising my kids. When it became clear that our lives were separating, I started to realize that I had completely lost myself to my role as mom and wife and had no idea who I was anymore. I prayed to Spirit to show me a sign for my next steps as I had no idea what direction to go into next, on my own...

NOW

At this point, I had lost my mom to cancer and my dad to diabetes. I had never felt so alone. One day, I felt my prayers for direction had been answered. I got an email from a woman I was following, Layla Martin, regarding her coaching certification for Sex, Love and Relationship Coaching. I knew in that moment that this was a journey that my soul had been calling in for me. I dove right in, not expecting to coach anyone, but to reclaim the parts of myself that I had lost along the way. And praise the Goddess, did she show me all the ways I had self abandoned and all the power that was still lying dormant within me the was begging to reawaken. Through those two years of intense training I healed parts of myself I had no idea needed healing. I stepped back into my power, unlearned a whole bunch of things that were draining my energy and tapped back into my life force. Today, I guide women back home to themselves on a similar journey, and also unique to their own process. It is with great honor and humility that I get to work with women reclaiming their bodies, power and voices for the good of the world.
